Persons authorized to give legal advice

We often wonder if legal advice is exclusively reserved for a lawyer and if he is the only one who can draft legal documents. Persons with the right to give legal advice

Thus, professional organizations and federations as well as confederations of cooperative societies are authorized to draft acts, for the benefit of these organizations or their members, on questions directly related to the professional activity in question.
